For the fifth location of this beloved Alberta franchise, we helped them adapt their established brand experience to a smaller overall footprint. Compressing their unique style of service into a smaller kitchen took ingenuity in space planning and plenty of coordination to make sure everything works seamlessly. While the dining room is kept flexible and open, the salad bar, bar and open kitchen become the architectural and visual anchors for the space.
Bold Gesture
Acoustics were an important consideration for our client; we introduced ceiling baffles to absorb sound but integrated them into the overall design through a dynamic installation pattern.
